Pursuant to A.R.S. 33-1371(A), your landlord is not required to accept a partial payment. Any payment that is made via the payment portal that is less than the amount in full will be considered a partial payment. Please be advised, by proceeding forward with the payment that you are making you are agreeing to the following terms:

1. You are agreeing that your landlord has provided you notice that it has not waived its rights to proceed against you for any unpaid rent resulting from your partial online payment;
2. You are agreeing to remit payment of the remaining balance owed, plus applicable late fees under the terms of your lease, within ten (10) calendar days of your online payment; and
3. You are agreeing that this notice shall be considered a binding agreement by the parties and enforceable in any subsequent eviction proceeding commenced to compel the payment of the remaining balance resulting from this partial payment.
